We were hired as Construction Managers to work with Delta’s management team to procure and oversee the services of the various trades required to undertake this extensive renovation – the renovation of all 225 guest rooms and suites along with all corridors and main floor lobby, renovations of the convention facilities and restaurants.

Paramount in our duties was the minimization of disruption to the patrons of the hotel and coordination of the workers’ activities with a management team spread across different parts of the country. We worked diligently to schedule the work crews around various functions going on in the hotel and to keep our work sites safe and clean.

We had the ability to successfully complete the job, thanks to our past experience with the building, patience, flexibility, focus and dedication.
