Bella Sante
The medical team at Bella Sante tasked us with building out their new location in Stonebridge. Unlike their first location downtown (which was a renovation in an existing building), this was a completely new build from the ground up.
We worked with the property developer during the construction of the building’s shell to ensure Bella Sante’s wishes and design ideas were brought to life.
Once the building’s shell was completed we worked on a tight time frame to complete the interrior renovations. This included custom millwork from our in-house millwork shop.
One of the most unique features of this medical clinic is the addition of a roof top balcony for clinic staff to enjoy their breaks. Another great addition were solar panels, which are cleverly hidden in the recess of the roof so they cannot be seen from the ground, maintaining the buildings sleek roof line. These solar panels are able to provide on average over half the clinic’s energy use and help reduce their carbon footprint.
It’s always a pleasure working with past clients, and bringing their design ideas to life. Due to the ground up build, this space provided an excellent opportunity for the client to have unique concepts incorporated into the clinic.
