Heritage Inn

The Heritage Inn Hotel hired us to manage a complete restoration project including renovations of their guest rooms, exterior facade (including windows), their lobby, lounge and the addition of a new porte cochere.

This multi phase project began with the exterior of the building during the spring and summer months where various lifts were used to allow the large room windows to be replaced and the exterior cladding to be redone.

The next phase involved moving their lobby to a temporary location to be used while we completed an extensive addition and renovation to the main floor areas including the main lobby, lounge, meeting spaces and porte cochere entrance.

This multi-year project was a pleasure to manage and allowed Rely-ex to showcase a variety of work from our custom millwork shop to our construction management abilities.
