Lanigan Fire Hall

The Town of Lanigan hired us to design and build their new ambulance and fire hall in spring 2016. This project consisted of a mutually successful collaboration between the Lanigan and District Ambulance Association (LDAA), various sub-trades and Rely-ex. This design build resulted in a highly efficient and high quality facility within the parameters of the owners budget. This was a ground up addition which incorporated innovative energy conservation solutions maximizing the owners return on investment into the future.

This project also involved our millwork shop constructing custom storage solutions and a complete kitchen for the on duty staff that suited the owners specific requirements. The building includes a 30,000W 3 phase backup generator and in-floor heating throughout. The building meets and exceeds the requirements of both the fire department and ambulance staff uniting them under one roof.
